Mr. Casano is Founder and Principal at One Realty Capital LLC.

In 20+ years of experience, he managed a total of $1.2B+ in real estate projects in several states in the US and international.

Mr. Casano projects overall comprises 2,000+ luxury hotel rooms, 1,600+ residential units, 250,000 SF office, 200,000 SF Homes, 100,000 SF retail, and 200,000 SF industrial.

His roles includes from acquisition, disposition, design, construction, development, marketing, sales, leasing, and asset management.
Mr. Casano holds a Master in Science in Real Estate Development & Finance from Columbia University in NYC, and a BS in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidad de Buenos Aires.


Mr. Bradshaw is Head of Acquisition at One Realty Capital LLC.

Mr. Brayshaw is a real estate professional with 5+ years of underwriting, consulting and general analyst experience on commercial, retail, and residential developments.

Performed acquisition due diligence analysis for projects total $250+ MM.
One of his achievements, includes the discovery, underwriting, evaluation,
decision making and transactional processes for over $900 MM of commercial, residential, and retail Value-Add and Development opportunities in Manhattan and Miami.

Mr. Brayshaw holds a broker license and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Pennsylvania State University.


Miguel Fernández is Director of Project Development at One Realty Capital LLC.

14+ years of experience that also involve personal investments, design, and project management in the USA.

Performed project architect / management for the Liberty Bell Museum in Philadelphia, Pa. with a construction budget of $29 MM dollars.

Mr. Fernandez reviews all architecture documents, engineer plans, performs value engineering, develops the construction scope of work, and provides project management.

Mr. Fernandez holds a Master of Architecture from Drexel University, a real estate certification from the Wharton Business School, and studies of Architecture in Rome, Italy
